Favorite Part of Working With AWH
As an uncle of seven, someone who grew up around cousins with horses, and a volunteer with eight years of experience working with kids with disabilities, AHEAD With Horses lets me do everything I grew up loving — in one place. My favorite parts are being outdoors, watching kids make progress, and seeing them get to do something rare: being on a horse. And Callahan, of course. Just kidding — I love all the horses equally.
AWH brings together elements a lot of people never get in one place — horses, the outdoors, and kids making real progress — and it connects people in the process.
